Ride the Black Chocobo to Crescent; you can keep your Chocobo at the nearby forest.
Enter the town, then enter Minstrel's House (in the bottom-right corner).
Play the piano, then talk to Minstrel to receive the Sinewy Etude and Hero's Rime songs.
