This is a one-time visit dungeon, make sure you collect everything.
The ship is just south of the Karnak Castle. Once you board the ship, Cid will tell you about your new objective.
Note 1: Defeater will summon two Motor Trap if you kill it last during a battle. Killing 2 or more Defeater at the same time won't work.
Note 2: You should always avoid Crew Dust because it can cast various debuffs, especially Flash, which can blind your entire party, and you'll run out of Eye Drops very quickly. You should just kill one for the bestiary entry.

Boss: Liquid Flame
Guaranteed Drop: Fire Scroll
This boss has 3 forms: human, hand, and tornado. Human and tornado forms are weak against ice, while the hand form is immune to almost all elemental magic. So during the hand form, you must attack it with physical attacks.
Important: The boss will not change form if it doesn't receive any damage. If your party doesn't have a fighter to deal physical damage during its hand form, it will be stuck in the hand form forever.
The quickest way to defeat the boss is to use your most powerful ice-based magic. With 1 Knight, 2 Black Mages, and 1 White Mage, the Black Mages should equip Ice Rod.
Other useful spells/skills:
- Shiva summon (Summoner) is very powerful and can take about half of the boss's HP.
- Gravity (Time Mage) is also very powerful against the boss.
- Spellblade from Mystic Knight, imbued with Blizzara, is good too.
- Use Frost Rod as an item to cast Blizzaga.
