Equip these new gears then exit to the next floor.

Note: there is an observation window in the middle where you can interact with. Nothing special.

The 2 bottom rooms are empty. Below the left room is an exit to the next floor.
Flying Fortress - 4F
This floor is meant to be a maze, but since you have a map, you can easily see the exit which is in the top-left corner.
Flying Fortress - 5F
IMPORTANT: Warmech, this guy only spawns in Flying Fortress - 5F, chance of encountering is very low, but you still need to complete your bestiary. Run back and forth on the bridge until you found it. Make sure you are always fully healed because this guy is nasty.
Once you get the Warmech, go straight north to fight the boss.
Boss: Tiamat (2400 HP)
This guy can be tough if your level is low. Grind more if you cannot defeat him. Use "Protera" and "Invisira", then keep healing your party. Black Mage uses "Haste" and "Temper" on your damage dealers.
