This town is just south of the waterfall. Use your canoe to go south along the river you'll see the town on your right side.

After you are done shopping, go to the southeast side of the town, you'll see a girl at a port with a submarine.

Head northwest, walk through the gap between rooms (1,1) and (1,2), go left, you'll appear near the room (1,4).

Wear these new gears immediately. You can either exit using "Exit" or backtrack to the 3F-A. Once you reach 3F-A floor, use the northwest exit (D).

What a large floor but has nothing except a boss fight. He is in the room in the top-left corner.
Boss: Kraken (1800 HP)
This boss is weak against thunder, so any Thunder magic will deal great damage to him.
Leave the dungeon by using the portal in the room.
