The boss's room is in the southwest corner, so let's collect items from the room to your left.

Enter the southwest room and equip Ice Band before you face the boss.

This boss is weak against the ice element, so Ice Band and Blizzara will deal great damage to him. You can further boost Ice Band with "Temper" (This spell can stack, so you should cast multiple time increase the damage).

Once the boss is defeated, exit using the portal.
