Jump back on the ship and sail to the northwest, there is another port over there. Once you dock, make your way to the southwest until you see a cave.

Feel see to talk to everyone for some dialogues. There is this guy in the top-left room say something about "Adamantite". We'll come back later for this.

Leave the large room and give Nitro Powder to the guy standing outside at the bottom. He'll set a bomb open up a canal which you can cross to the outside sea with your ship.
