All of the best equipment is in this dungeon.
- Give Dragon armor set and Holy Lance to Kain.
- Give Crystal armor set and Ragnarok to Cecil.
- Equip Masamune on Edge.
- Rydia should equip Yoichi's Bow and Artemis Arrow because it deals huge damage to dragon-type monsters.
- You'll get 2 Protect Ring from the chests; you should equip them on either Edge, Rydia, or Rosa since Dragon and Crystal armor already provide elemental magic resistance for Kain and Cecil.
- You'll also get 2 Ribbon from the chests; equip them on anyone you like. Ribbon is one of the best armors because it provides immunity to all ailment statuses.

Boss: Dark Bahamut
This boss has a few tricks you should be aware of:
- It starts the battle with a Mega Flare, which is unavoidable.
- Then it casts Reflect on itself and keeps spamming Flare on itself so it bounces to one of your party members. The Flare itself is not lethal.
- If the boss gets hit by a summon, it'll counter with a Mega Flare, so you should avoid any summons that deal damage to the boss.
Strategy:
- Start by reviving your KO'd members with Phoenix Down, Full Life, and the Asura summon. Then heal with Curaja.
- Rosa casts Shell to reduce magic damage, then keeps healing and does not let anyone die. If you have a free turn, cast Haste on Cecil and Rydia because they are the ones who deal the most damage.
- You should have Rydia equipped with Yoichi's Bow and Artemis Arrow (important). Artemis Arrow should deal around 4000 damage to the boss. If you don't have Artemis Arrow equipped on Rydia, you can use Quake instead because it can bypass Reflect and deal decent damage too.
- Cecil and Kain use normal attacks.
- Edge can either throw Shuriken or attack.
Boss: Plague
This boss begins the battle with Doom, which counts down from 10 to 0. The strategy is simple: just go all out with your most powerful attacks.
- Cecil, Kain, and Edge attack normally.
- Rosa casts Holy.
- Rydia summons Bahamut.
Boss: Lunasaur (x2)
The only problem with this fight is that once you kill one Lunasaur, the other one will keep spamming Flame multiple times in one turn.
- Rosa should keep healing and using Full-Life to revive KO'd members.
- Cecil with Ragnarok should deal 9999 damage.
- Rydia can summon Bahamut or attack normally with Artemis Arrow since the boss is also a dragon-type monster.
- Edge can attack or help heal using items.

Floor B12 doesn't have anything except the final boss fight.
Boss: Ogopogo
This boss has a fixed pattern of attacks repeated in sequence: Tidal Wave (x2), Attack, Attack, Attack, Tidal Wave, Attack, Attack.
It also counters if it gets hit by:
- thunder-based attacks: counters with Whirl, which reduces your HP to a single digit.
- magic or summons: counters with Blaze, which deals AOE damage.
Strategy:
- Start by healing from the Tidal Wave, then cast Shell and Protect on everyone to reduce the damage.
- Cecil, Kain, and Edge attack.
- Rydia summons Bahamut; this will trigger Blaze, but the damage is not lethal.
- Repeat until you win.

- C-342: Masamune (Monster) - B8, bottom-right altar.
Boss: Ogopogo - C-343: Elixir - B9, top chest.
- C-344: Gysahl Whistle - B9, bottom chest.

- C-346: Fuma Shuriken - B10, chest in the west.
Once you collect all treasures and exit to the previous or next floor, a new achievement, Legendary Treasure Hunter, will be unlocked.
Now you can either go back to continue side quests or proceed to the last 2 floors to finish the game.
