Take the exit at the bottom to F1.

Follow the path and talk to the Dark Knight at the end to trigger a cutscene. 
Go back inside the cave, go east and enter the room.

• C-017: Pass - Inside the room.

Step on the portal, select "Yes" to leave the town.
