Gatrea village is an optional town. I think you need to enter the town for the achievement anyway.

It just happens that you'll come across this village. There is nothing to do in the village except that you can talk to the town people for more stories and shopping.

Town of Fynn
This town is crawling by monsters and imperial guards. Just be careful not to talk to any imperial guard, or you will initiate a fight with them which you cannot win.
Head north until you almost exit the town.
Then turn right walking outside along the wall.
Turn right again until you see a pub (A).
Inside, talk to the Bartender in the top-right corner, then "Ask" -> "Wild Rose".
Enter the secret room (B), pick up items,
- C-002: Potion - Left chest.
- C-003: Potion - Middle chest.
- C-004: Potion - Right chest.
Then talk to the soldier and select "Ask -> Wild Rose".
He'll reveal himself as a prince of Kashuan Gordon's brother.

Exit the town.
