Doga's Village cannot be accessed from land, so you will have to dive near the village (see the map below), then ascend from the pond next to the village.

This village has 6 magic shops, from low to high-level spells. However, you can come anytime when you have enough cash to buy them.

For now, we'll come here to complete the map (Achievement Adventurous Wayfarer).

Achievement: Summon Master
This achievement requires you to learn all summon magic, and this village happens to sell all summon magic spells (except the 3 most powerful, which you will get later in the game).
Talk to the wizard in the northwest corner and buy all summons:

• Escape
• Icen
• Spark
• Heatra
• Hyper

The last 3 summons:

• Catastro - after defeating Odin in Saronia Catacombs.
• Leviath - after defeating Leviathan in Lake Dohr.
• Bahamur - after defeating Bahamut in Bahamut's Lair.

Alternatively, you can purchase more Catastro, Leviath, and Bahamur from a magic shop in Eureka.
