NOTE: when you appear outside, you'll see a boat right next to you. DO NOT boat as you'll be fighting an unwinnable powerful dragon.
Follow the grassland north until you see a temple.
- Talk to the dragon in the Mini state.
- Follow the map below until you reach the boss.
Boss: Giant Rat
Since you are in a Mini state, the only way you can deal damage to the boss is with magic. Also, this boss can use poison, so having Poisona or Antidote is recommended. Use your tier-2 magic if you have it; otherwise, tier-1 is fine too. Then have your White Mage keep everyone alive.
After defeating the boss, backtrack to the entrance room and talk to the Dragon again, then select Nepto Eye.

Leave the temple and reverse the Mini status, then change everyone's job back to your previous.
